AMATEUR ATHLETES (NOVICE, OPEN, MASTERS)
IDFA Pro Cards
IDFA Pro Cards will be awarded to Men's Bodybuilding Overall Winner, the Open Figure Class Overall Winner and the Open Fitness Model Overall Winner.
Sculptured Trophies
The top 3 in each class will receive sculptured trophies with the 4th and 5th receiving sculptured medallions.
Overall Trophies
Overall trophies will be awarded to those divisions that have more than 1 class.
Official 2010 IDFA International Championships Competitor T-Shirts
All athletes will receive an official 2010 International Championships Competitor T-Shirt – baby tees for the ladies and regular tees for the guys.
Competitor Goodie Bags
All competitors will receive goodie bags courtesy of our Official Sponsor EAS Canada and our Gold Sponsor ALLMAX Nutrition.

If you are travelling by Public Transit, take the Yonge Street subway to King Station. Walk 2 blocks south on Yonge Street to Front Street and then walk east 1 block to the StLC. (see map above)
