Erik Alstrup, IDFA Pro and 2x IDFA Overall Champion, was featured in SeriousAboutMuscle, the online bodybuilding magazine.

After becoming disillusioned with pro bodybuilding, Erik decided to return to the scene after being inspired by an IDFA show. "He was encouraged to see an organization like the IDFA, which only promotes drug-free shows, operate so successfully in Canada. If he was going to make a comeback, it would be on a "natural" bodybuilding stage." He chose the IDFA for his return.
Since then has competed in the IDFA Montreal Classic, Toronto Classic and most recently the Canadian Classic Pro Universe - the biggest show of the year. You can also read his Athlete Profile for more info on this exceptional athlete.
